Instructor: Heather Neighbors
Heather Neighbors has a BS in Exercise Science and Health from Texas A&M Commerce. She holds 4 certifications from The Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas. These certifications include Master of Physical Fitness, Physical Fitness, Biomechanics, and Group Leadership. She also holds a Kick Boxing Certification from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is a collegiate athlete as well. She is experienced in softball, basketball, cross country, track, volleyball, soccer, cheerleading, and dance. Heather has been leading coordinator for The Adams Course (a speed and strength development program) in Dallas, Texas. She has been an assistant coach for Wylie High School Track. In 2003 - 2004 she danced for the Dallas Desperado Dancers. She has taught elementary school and managed stores. Heather loves to run and has completed The Big D Marathon in Dallas, Texas and a couple of ½ marathons.

Lose weight while having fun! This class is an intermediate/advanced class. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this Hip-Hop Kickboxing workout. With easy-to-follow instruction, Heather will lead you through a heart-pumping, calorie-burning kickboxing workout, while adding some great dance moves. This is a 60 minute class followed by a core class.
Monday at 5:30PM Followed by a 15 minute Core Class
