Girlz In Motion is a special programs for female athletes. These programs consist of sports specific training and speed, strength, and conditioning programs. We believe that this kind of training will put you ahead of the competition. Our instruction centers around teaching athletes at all levels how to execute various weight training, plyometric, and medicine ball exercises correctly. These sessions also include proper sprint mechanic and various drills that enhance the coordination and balance necessary for fundamental movement in athletics. Girlz In Motion demonstrates exercises and develops an atmosphere that will safely increase the efficiency of the body's physiological processes for any sport.
